Academics Plus, Inc. operates after-school tutoring programs throughout the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. We are always in search of qualified teachers and tutors who care for children and their advancement in school.

3. I understand that this employment application is not a contract of employment. I further understand that if I am hired I will be an employee at will and that I may voluntarily leave employment at any time and for any reason and may be terminated by the employer at any time and for any reason.

4. I understand that:
a) If employed, I shall sign the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement and Covenant Not to Compete in which I’ll agree to protect Academics Plus, Inc.’s confidentiality information. This agreement also sets forth the conditions under which Academics Plus, Inc. is assigned the entire right, title, and interest to invent- ions or ideas developed while in Academics Plus Inc.’s employ.

b) The immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires that every individual hired be authorized to work in the United States. I understand that if offered employment I will be required to present proper documentation of my work eligibility and identification.

c) If employed, my paycheck could be withheld until proper documentation of my work eligibility and identification are submitted to Academics Plus, Inc.

d) If employed, I must at all times comply with Academics Plus, Inc. standards of work performance and business conduct.
